Tom is the Vice President at 1858 Capital, where he leads the execution of M&A transactions spanning diverse industries. With a robust background spanning 15 years in Investment Banking and Private Equity, Tom brings invaluable expertise to his role. Prior to his tenure at 1858, he served as an Investment Banker at PCE Investment Bankers, specializing in mid-market investment banking and advisory services. Before that, he held the position of Vice President at Penta Mezzanine, a $100M SBIC fund, where he played a pivotal role in underwriting transactions in the mezzanine debt and preferred equity markets. Notably, Tom also took on the role of interim CFO for a durable medical equipment company with a widespread presence across seven states, a portfolio company of Penta. His career commenced as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Tom is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and serves as the President of the CFA Society of Orlando.

He holds a BA in International Business from Rollins College.
