Shari Dingle Costantini

Shari Costantini is an entrepreneur and C-level executive with over 30 years of experience in strategic leadership, building teams, raising capital, and creating shareholder value. She joined Kismet Technologies as the co-founder and president in mid-2022 with a deep commitment to Kismet's vision of helping people live healthier and safer lives. Kismet is harnessing the power of nanotechnology to create self-disinfecting surfaces. The patent-pending product, NanoRAD, is a residual active disinfectant pursuing EPA and FDA approval.

As the founder of Avant Healthcare Professionals, Shari raised angel, private equity, and strategic investment, achieving a CAGR of 38% over 18 years. The company reached $175M in revenues the year she exited. With a background in hospice, home care, and international healthcare staffing, Shari has expertise in navigating heavily regulated environments. She has strong advocacy skills at both the federal and state level. Shari led Avant and eight other companies in founding the American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment (AAIHR) and was president in 2007 and 2018-2021, AAIHR regulatory affairs chair 2014-2021. 
During Shari's tenure, Avant was recognized by Inc. 500/5000 seven times, 250 Fastest Growing Companies in Florida, 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies in North America three times, Gator 100 four times, SMART Award Winner 2017, and Florida Companies to Watch 2012.   

Shari is a recognized leader in the healthcare industry and the community. She received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award, Florida region in 2017, and many other awards and accolades. As a published author, she promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace and has brought attention to the US's inadequate and broken employment-based immigration system.

Shari mentors and advises companies in scaling operations, building infrastructure, and raising capital.   She serves on numerous boards, including the Board of Managers- Florida, Nemours Children's Health, Entrepreneurs Alliance of Orlando, and Central Florida Foundation.
