As Managing Director for 1858 Capital, Mike is responsible for the overall firm strategy, contacting prospective buyers, day-to- day communication with clients, negotiations and transaction success.

Mike has over 20 years of Investment Banking and M&A Experience. Prior to helping to launch 1858,  Mike was the Managing Partner at Orchard MB, a mid market investment banking and advisory firm.  Mike is the Former President & Owner of International Assets Advisory, specializing in creation and design of various investment vehicles for capital raising purposes. He is also the Founder of valuations.com, a website designed to make segments of the finance industry more accessible and transparent.

Mike is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFA). He was a Senior Grader for the CFA Examination for over 10 years and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Mike received his BS in Finance from Stetson University and an MBA in Accounting/Finance from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
