As a General Partner in the fund, Jonathan brings nearly two decades of experience supporting innovative technology companies as they navigate complex government and regulatory matters.

Jonathan serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Converge Public Strategies, a Miami-headquartered firm that provides government relations, communications, and digital services across the United States. In that capacity, Jonathan oversees firm strategy across all service areas, supporting dozens of companies in regulatory and government business matters at the local, state, and multistate levels. His government and regulatory clients come from diverse industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, digital media, gaming, technology, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, transportation/mobility, real estate, infrastructure, engineering, and environmental services. He is also Vice Chair of Marcman Solutions, a diversified managed services company that provides solutions in the government sector across a variety of verticals. Previously, Mr. Kilman was a partner at the international law firm Foley & Lardner LLP, where he co-chaired the firm’s Florida public policy practice. Under his leadership, the public policy practice earned the firm the title of Most Influential Law Firm from Southern Political Report.

Jonathan has a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in finance, with highest honors, from the University of Florida.
